We deliver Sun Mark Honey and other food products across India through trusted courier partners.

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days

  • Delivery Time: 2–10 business days (based on location)

  • Shipping Partners: India Post, Delhivery, DTDC, and others

  • Tracking details will be shared after dispatch whenever available.

Delivery delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or courier issues.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, food products are non-returnable.

We only offer replacement or refund in these cases:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged product during transit

  • Missing items in order

​

📌 Claim must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.

​

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method
